Your fitness experience can be personalized even if your schedule makes it tough. If you are self-motivated but still want workouts built specific for you with some added accountability, On Your Own (with a little help) Training has your name all over it!

All Training Plans Feature:

  • 1, 2 or 3 virtual or in-person training sessions per week that span 60, 45 or 30 minutes

  • A custom training plan featuring workouts tailored to your specific goals

  • A heavy focus on form to ensure proper execution of each exercise

  • Intro movement assessment to determine the safest exercises for you

  • Periodic assessment check-ins to understand progress and reassess goals

  • Email access to Whitney with a 48-hour or less response time

I love fitness, but my relationship with it has evolved over time - from being a busy professional to an entrepreneur and becoming a mom. I know the ebbs and flows that can happen physically and mentally and how important it is to adapt your training and mindset along the way.
