Our signature class format, HIIT Strength, is a 45-minute full body workout that maximizes your potential through a combination of power, core and cardio moves. It’s perfect for all levels and will leave you feeling energized, endorphin-filled and ready to take on the rest of your day!

I love fitness, but my relationship with it has evolved over time - from being a busy professional to an entrepreneur and becoming a mom. I know the ebbs and flows that can happen physically and mentally and how important it is to adapt your training and mindset along the way. Let’s do this together!
