Our signature class format, HIIT Strength, is a 45-minute full body workout that maximizes your potential through a combination of power, core and cardio moves. It’s perfect for all levels and will leave you feeling energized, endorphin-filled and ready to take on the rest of your day!

Your instructor and hype lady! I’m passionate about helping you feel strong in your body, regardless of where you’re starting from, and to ultimately set you on a path to feeling confident in whatever you do.

I love fitness, but my relationship with it has evolved over time - from being a busy professional to an entrepreneur and becoming a mom. I know the ebbs and flows that can happen physically and mentally and how important it is to adapt your training and mindset along the way. Let’s do this together!
