I’m Whitney Biaggi, a Certified Fitness Trainer, Running Coach and Group Fitness Instructor. More than that though, I’m a mom, entrepreneur, formerly burned out corporate employee and human constantly adapting the role of fitness in my life.
I know the ebbs and flows that can come when life shifts and I’m passionate about helping women keep up movement routines they love in ways that work for them. My own relationship with fitness has evolved from being a busy professional obsessed with running to an entrepreneur who loved to strength train and becoming a mom seeking gentle movement and calm in yoga. I believe our training (and our mindset) can adapt as long as we find movement we like and that works for us.

I offer personal training, run coaching and instruct group fitness classes, specializing in high intensity interval and strength formats, both in NYC and remotely. Throughout my career I have instructed public classes for companies including Athleta, New York Road Runners, the Speakeasy of Strength, and Primary, in addition to private classes for the Council on Foreign Relations, SHAPE magazine, Shutterstock, Meltwater and more!
I am a lifelong runner, including a two-time Boston Marathon qualifier and finisher, and lover of all sports from soccer to cycling to yoga. I believe that fitness and healthy living should be fun and am passionate about helping others find activities that resonate to help them reach their full potential. I can’t wait to meet you!
