Looking for a good sweat with a supportive community? You’re in the right place! In addition to our on-demand virtual class library, you can book your own live, virtual or in-person classes for friends, family and even your workplace.

Hi, I’m Whitney!
Your personal coach and hype lady! I am passionate about helping you find time to focus on YOU and, ultimately, to help set you on a path to feeling strong and confident in your body and routine. I love fitness, but I also know the ebbs and flows that can come with it throughout the various stages of life. My own relationship with fitness has evolved from being a busy professional to an entrepreneur and becoming a mom. But, I believe our training (and our mindset) can adapt as long as we find movement routines that we like and that work for us. Let’s find yours together!
